Resiliency has become quite the buzz word in the corporate space in recent years. But what does it even mean to be resilient? It is one thing to tell people to bounce back from adversity and remain positive, but what are the behaviours and interventions we can cultivate to actually build resiliency and drive up our levels of optimism and wellbeing?
Our June Speaker & Sparkles session with John Anthony is going to dive into this topic to discus what resilience is and how we can build up our own resilience with particular techniques.
