Session Overview
If ever a time in our lives the term VUCA is more relevant, it’s now. VUCA is a term coined by US military and stands for:
V.oliatile
U.ncertain
C.omplex
A.biguous
Here is Australia, from bushfires, to floods, to now the global pandemic! We are living in unprecedented circumstances. Little wonder the fear that surrounds this crazy time in our history is spreading more than the pandemic itself.
Connection as we know it has fundamentally shifted, and whilst this presents lots of opportunities, it also creates loads of challenges too. The way in which we are living and working has completely changed, it’s a whole different ball game. And when the game changes, the the RULES OF ENGAGEMENT have got to change as well, if we want to win.
